For them we would like to find an enthusiastic Customer Service Manager (NL/EN) Full-time, for the location in Almere. You will lead the Customer Service Team that works for the Benelux/France region.
What are the responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager?
We would like to find a candidate who leads, manages and advances the Customer Service Team, in order to provide even better service to customers and thus lift the department to a higher level with sustainable, innovative improvements.
To this end, you manage, coach and develop employees and ensure succession plans. You represent the Customer Service department at Senior Management Level. You have regular contact and coordination with local and regional stakeholders or colleagues from other leading function groups within the organization, to promote collaboration from leadership to continuously improve processes and systems.
In addition, you work closely with the Regional Team Benelux/France to translate the business strategy on a global level into local actions and initiatives, identifying the main priorities for improvement and aligning them with the relevant business partners via KPIs.
You ensure development of and compliance in the use of important software tools of the organization such as SFDC, SMAX, TALKDESK & SAP.
You manage incoming Sales and Service requests by using the data in the ERP (SAP/LN), CRM (SFDC) and online tools (E-Comm). You actively follow the Order to Cash process, proactively approaching customers when there are deviations from the SLA’s made. You develop knowledge about the most important business partners and thus stimulate sustainable relationships for the organization.
You pursue and initiate opportunities for improvements and motivate efficiency in order to stimulate growth with excellent service provision at the forefront.
You also manage the performance of the outsourced partner to strengthen the high level of efficiency, process improvements and customer loyalty.
What are you bringing?
You have leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills and a Bachelor degree in the field of economic study.
You act ethically and reliably and keep the customer’s needs of paramount importance.
You know how to communicate with impact, work on your own initiative and speak a clear language
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing. French is an advantage.
You have 3-5 years of experience as a team manager, where you have managed a team and you have stimulated the team’s commitment, among other things through coaching, clear agreements using follow-up systems. You have proven business improvement skills.
You have hands on experience in ERP systems such as SAP Salesforce/SFDC/SMAX and MS Office (Excel)

This vacancy is for permanent appointment with a 7-month starting contract with an option to get an extension afterwards, with a view to permanent employment.
